I am an aspiring Data Scientist from New Delhi (India), currently living in Melbourne (Australia), pursuing my master's degree in data science from RMIT University. I've been actively engaged in data science for over three years. Throughout that time, I have actively sought hands-on experience through a couple of internships and a series of personal projects.
A neural network used to recognise faces wearing masks, which can be used in surveillance cameras at airports and some other public places. The model was trained on a dataset containing 7553 face images, both with & without mask. On custom CNN Architecture model, training accuracy reached 94% and validation accuracy of about 96%.
It is a content-based recommendation system whose filtering approach uses a series of discrete characteristics of a movie to recommend similar movies. The core of this project, the recommendation algorithm, is totally based on the description of the movie and a profile of the user's preferences. TMDB (The Movies database) was used for training the model.

A web-app for predicting the winning chances of a team for a cricket match in the Indian Premier League (IPL) using exploratory data analysis. The algorithms used for the data analysis include SVM, Random Forest Classifier, Logistic Regression & k-Nearest neighbours. Experimental results show that Random Forest algorithm outperformed the others with an accuracy of 88.10%.
The goal of this project is to shed light on major patterns in the Olympics history, categorised into four types of analysis - Medal Tally, Overall analysis, Country-wise analysis, Athlete-wise analysis: How many athletes, sports, and nations are there? Where do motahletes come from? What are the characteristics of the athletes? etc. The dataset used, scraped from sports-reference.com, contains 120 years of Olympics history.

My bachelor's at SRM Institute of Science and Technology was driven by a fervent passion for data science, leading me to pursue a major in Computer Science and Engineering. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently upheld a commitment to excellence, culminating in the completion of my bachelor’s degree with a cumulative grade point average of 9.53 out of 10. This achievement places me within the top 5 percentile of my graduating class.

I completed my matriculation (Year 10) in 2017 with a cumulative grade point average of 10.0 and secondary schooling (Year 12) in 2019 with 88.8%.
